The Life Of Pam Baer

Pamela Baer is doing well now but this kind of success did not just fall into her lap; she had to earn it. So how was she able to do pull this off?

Well, it all started in the summer of 58 when she was born to a Jewish family in the back streets of Houston. She did not yet know what field she wanted to go in to but the good news is she had the rest of her life to figure it out. She went on to finish at the top of her class & decided UTA was the perfect fit for her.

So Pam Baer matriculated in the mid 70’s & the first thing she had to do was figure out what her major would be. In the end, she found herself torn between the areas of finance & marketing so she opted to do a dual major in both. As she got into her senior year, she knew she would have to map out the rest of her career. So she did that & went on to finish with the class of 81.

After that, she was the head honcho of a marketing firm for 10 years before heading out to the bay area. It was there that she opted to take a position as an advisory board member at family house a nonprofit that caters to underserved communities and families. In particular, they focus on kids with cancer & try to provide them with all of the resources & support they need to get through those trying times. It is not an easy job but it’s the right thing to do & she has now been in this role for more than half a decade. She hopes to keep helping people as much as she can.

Pam started the corporation named For Goodness Sake in 2014. This project receives and then sells accessories. They then give a percentage of the proceeds to nonprofits locally. In the first four years, they were able to give over $1 million to these local entities.See this page for more information.
