Don Manifold is the Co-Managing Director of Equity & Advisory, a leading South Australian Corporate Advisory business. Don, originally from Mount Gambier in South Australia, began his career in Adelaide and has since worked in London, Sydney, and Melbourne before returning to Adelaide in May 2006.
Don has more than 28 years of professional experience, twenty-five of which have been spent specializing in corporate finance. Don has presided over 60 completed business acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings, and IPOs totaling more than $3 billion. He has given entrepreneurial firms valuation and independent expert’s reports for enterprises totaling more than $25 billion.
