Omar Boraie Offers Luxurious Living in Newark and Atlantic City
Boraie Development and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal recently opened up an $80 million luxury rental development in Newark, New Jersey, called 50 Rector Park. This residential tower consists of 22 levels with 170 units and a rooftop lounge. This is located in downtown Newark and offers an excellent view of New York City and Newark, NJ. Omar Boraie and his sons came to Newark in 2006 with a vision for building up the city. O’Neal hunted down the developers about 15 years ago with the same vision. He said the city was beautiful while he was growing up and wanted to make it beautiful again. Construction began in 2013, and the ribbon-cutting was in November of 2019.
The apartments offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse units. Covered indoor parking and a modern fitness center are also on-site. O’Neal and Boraie have plans to build a new 350-unit complex costing $150 million. Another development of Omar Boraie, 600 NoBe, offers resort-style living in Atlantic City at North Beach Apartments. These apartments offer one and two-bedroom lofts, bungalo units with street entry, and secure parking. They offer a fitness center and an amenities lounge where you can relax, shoot pool, conduct a meeting, or host a small event. The cabana offers a pool, lounge chairs, grills, and an excellent view of the city.
