Kevin Plank Sells His Palatial Mansion

Kevin Plank, the founder of Under Armour Inc., recently sold his palatial mansion. The mansion had been on the market for the last two years. He sold the Georgetown mansion at $17.25 million. The mansion occupied at least 12000square feet and was situated in 34th street of NW.

However, Kevin plank mansion listing was not the leading according to Greater Washington because it had earlier on being listed in 2018 at$ 29million and later in October at $24.5million. TTR Sotheby International Realty Company listed the mansion twice.

The buyer of Kevin planks mansion identity was, however, not revealed. He was just listed as Priory Holdings Trust. Michael Rankin took the sole responsibility to represent the buyer throughout the validation of transactions.

The mansion was built in 1810, but its interior and exterior had been redone by planks investment. Plank would use it to host and entertain guests. The mansion had eight full bathrooms, eight bedrooms and four half bathrooms, later renovated by Kevin Plank.

Rankin also added that Kevin’s Plank sale of the house was slowed down by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has slowed the market of several sectors of the economy since March. However, carrying out the containment measure as directed, the economy increased and attracted prospective buyers.

However, Kevin plank moved from being the Under Armour CEO in late 2019 and is currently the chairman of Sportswear Makers Company. His official residence is in the Green Spring Valley situated in Baltimore.
