OTA has continued to grow and recently opened a 3rd location known as Brick and Mortar, located in Phoenix and keeping up with the demand. The company, with its dedication, aims at pushing financial education on the right track.
Achievements
OTA, because of its approach to education (forward-thinking), won three Stevies 2 years.
Bronze award in 2019 in the category of Technical Innovation they won because the Company has less than a thousand employees.
In 2020 the academy was named a finalist for innovation by EdTech awards in a category known as ‘innovation for student engagement.’ The academy was judged not only because of its clarity and support it offers to its students but also the value and results.
OTA in 2020 was named among the top in the top 50 franchise and was ranked 14th in that category. In the education category, the academy emerged position three. They were judged on core values in training and checking the emotional connection in the products they offer.
OTA, known as Eyal Shahar, was recognized as the top innovator by the Orange County Business Journal; his leadership and vision made him stand out.
