On the pragmatic side, Fibra Uno’s 2020 first quarter showed 12.3-percent growth year over year at 5,169 million pesos. It also registered an ION increase of 13.4 percent.
The Titán and Tepeji projects have lent stabilization. Gross profitable area is over 10 million square meters across 616 properties with a 94.5-percent occupancy rate, positioning Fibra Uno well for weathering the pandemic.
