SUDHIR CHOUDHRIE: EARLY LIFE, BUSINESSMAN, AND AUTHOR
Choudhrie, a British citizen of Indian origin, was born in 1949 in Delhi, India. His life story is a challenging but inspiring one. At a young age his father died, and his mother played an excellent and outstanding role in Sudhir’s upbringing. Sudhir Choudhrie learned that his heart had a leaking valve when he was eight years old. Sudhir lived a lifetime of severe health conditions, but he never let this deter him from succeeding. He attended school like many children his stage, and he was fortunate to perform well and gain admission to the University of Delhi. Where he later graduated with an Economics degree.
After finishing school Sudhir Choudhrie being a risk-taker, he found it easy to venture into the demanding and ever-challenging business world. Sudhir started a business career supplying TV equipment supply. He Ventured in importing Tv equipment from the United Kingdom. It was a good business opportunity since this was the time the country television trade was beginning. His business was booming, and before long, he decided to incorporate an exporter of consumer goods. The consumer goods included farm produce and machinery. Indeed, his commitment and hard work made these companies perform exceedingly well and expand.
In the year 1975, Sudhir Choudhrie started Magnum International Trading Company Limited. The company was responsible for exploiting export markets required to be taken advantage of. Magnum did well in business and provided an opportunity for Sudhir to venture into other notable industries. Including the Alpha C&C group, a company involved in holding investments. He has the vice-chairman position in the company. Sudhir Choudhrie was trusted with director responsibility in Chartered airline companies, Deccan aviation ltd, and king fisher’s airline.
Sudhir Choudhrie, despite being an entrepreneur he is also an author. In 2017, he published an autobiography about his early life, long-term heart conditions, battle with uncommon heart disease, and family. The book made history by a week after been released. It hit the number one bestseller on Amazon.
