Kevin Plank is an enigmatic man who founded one of the largest sportwesar companies in the world. The company was founded in 1996 and has treated him well over the years. Now he has stepped away from the role of CEO in order to make sure his brand is marketed properly. This company is his baby and he wants to make sure it is taken care of.

One of the things that Kevin Plank was able to do in the past few years was renovate an old home. Kevin Plank and his wife bought a home in Georgetown in 2013. They spent millions of their hard earned money to make it look like it was supposed to be. The house is quite lavish and only the best things went into it. Things like a huge marble staircase and making sure that every room has its own style. Some of the rooms are big and spacious while others are small and intimate. This was a project that the Planks loved working on.
The home has eight bedrooms in it and they wanted to keep things as simple as possible. The prime example of this is the master bedroom. The room has white walls with brown hardwood and the master bathroom has a separate shower and tub.
On the outside of the property theer are perfectly trimmed trees and a lap sized pool. This is the perfect area to have a party or get some exercise. THe patio has ample space for people to eat and gather. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon.
Eventually, Kevin Plank sold the home for more than seventeen million dollars. The buyer wishes to remain anonymous but he or she paid cash for the property. Sotheby’s International Realty was the intermediary between sellers and the new buyer.
