He stated that when he is recruiting, he looks for specific attributes in the candidates. David decided to have a recruitment team that sources for the best talents.
It was when he was previously involved in the hiring and sourcing of each staff member.
He was also in charge of business operations and procedures. He learnt a great lesson when he was responsible for all the work delegation. It was hard to let go of the roles and responsibilities that he used to execute.
