Ragnar Horn is a cross country skiing competitor. Ragnar competes every year in skiing. He ranked the #6 for 55 to 59 years age bracket in Visma Ski classics’ global ranking. Visma Ski Classics is an International cross-country skiing Cup competition for long-distance that is commercially sponsored. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Visma Ski classic has given its team and skiers ranking points. The company has postponed events such as the 17 Challenger events and the nine-pro tour event, but this has not hindered them from granting ranking points.
Horn has taken part in three races in 2020, which he completed. These include 90 km Vasaloppet in Sweden, 62 kilometers La Diagonela in Switzerland, and 70-kilometer Marcialonga in Italy. Ragnar Horn’s passion for sports has led his company to co-sponsor the Team Ragde Eiendom. The team is recognized as the world’s best ski marathon racing team. One of the achievements of this team includes a record of 32 hours skiing for 516 kilometers non-stop. This was done by the brothers, Jorgen and Anders Auckland. Ragnar Horn has a bachelor’s degree in economics, which he got from Williams College in Massachusetts. Horn later went to prestigious Harvard Business School to do his MBA.
